Who we are
This website is operated by ELOT Private Transfer (Ljubljana, Slovenia). This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it. ELOT, prevozi, Taras Litavskyi s.p., Tržaška cesta 78, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenija, tax number SI32350864, registration number 7560605000.
What information we collect
When you submit the booking form, we collect the information you enter: route, date, time, number of passengers, and, if you choose to provide them, your name and phone number. This information is sent directly to our WhatsApp number – it is not stored on this website or on any server we operate.
How we use it
We use what you send us only to prepare, confirm and carry out your trip, and to talk to you about the booking. The legal basis is performance of a contract with you, under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. For invoices and accounting records the basis is compliance with a legal obligation. We keep correspondence about a trip for up to one year, and invoices and accounting records for as long as tax law requires.
Booking requests are sent via WhatsApp, a messaging service operated by WhatsApp Ireland Limited / Meta Platforms. When you use the WhatsApp button or submit the booking form, your message is transmitted through WhatsApp's own service and is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy and terms.
Website hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., which acts as our processor. Their servers handle the technical data of every visit, including your IP address, which is what allows the page to reach you. We use Vercel's own visit counter, which counts page views without cookies and stores no identifier that would let a visitor be recognised again.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies at all: none of its own, none for advertising and none for analytics. The visit counter works without them, which is why you are not asked for cookie consent here. If cookies that require consent are ever added, we will update this page and ask you first. Since September 2026 we also run Google's advertising tag, to measure how our Google Ads campaigns perform. It is set up to store nothing on your device: consent for every kind of storage is denied by default, and the tag runs in Google's own cookieless mode. It still sends your page views and IP address to Google, the way any script loaded from google.com would, under Google's own privacy policy.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact us via WhatsApp or at the contact details on this site.
